ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) is the national standard for mechanic certification. Certified technicians have passed rigorous exams and proven hands-on experience. We only invite reviewers who hold current ASE certification — mechanics cannot sign themselves up.
How do I submit my estimate?+
Create an account, enter your vehicle and the shop's diagnosis, and upload a photo or PDF of the written estimate. The whole process takes about two minutes.
What if my estimate is not written down?+
No problem. You can type in what the shop told you is wrong and the total price they quoted. A written estimate helps, but it isn't required.
How long does the review take?+
You'll get your complete written review within 24 hours of payment. Most reviews come back sooner.
What if I am not satisfied?+
If your review isn't delivered within 48 hours of payment, you get a full refund — no questions asked. If it arrives on time but something about it looks wrong to you, email hello@myquoteguide.com and we'll look at it personally.
Can I use this for any repair?+
Yes — from brakes and suspension to engine and transmission work. If you have an estimate for it, a certified mechanic can review it.
